Pre-Start Selections
Definition - The Wellspace Interiors Pre-Start Selections service is the selection of colours and materials for a new build. It includes selections of colours, finishes and materials only, for interiors or exteriors. These include: Flooring / Benchtop Materials / Paint / Window Treatments / Architraves & Skirting / Cabinet Finishes / Tiling / Bathroom Fixtures. The service does not include product selections such as furniture, cushions, lamps, pictures, rugs etc Wellspace Interiros works with the Client in narrowing the selections based on the Client’s desired style. Wellspace Interiors assists the Client in finding the colours and materials that complement the overall interior design concept.
Cost - The fee is $275 for 2 hours of colour and material selections and $550 for 4 hours of colour and material selections.

Showroom Visits
Definition - The Wellspace Interiors Showroom Visit service is a great opportunity to see a large range of colours, materials, finishes and products and to attain the manufacturers advice, specifications and samples. Wellspace Interiors works with the Client in narrowing the selections based on the Client’s desired style and appropriateness for use. Wellspace Interiors assists the Client in finding the colours and materials that complement the overall interior design concept.
Cost - The Client agrees to pay Wellspace Interiors an hourly fee for Showroom Visits. The fee is $100 per hour for Showroom Visits. 30 Minutes $60 & 15 Minutes@$30 are also available. The cost of all showroom visits is required to be paid prior to the visit.
Showroom of your choice within 20kms of Osborne Park. Showroom Visits are not available outside of this area.
Showroom Visit Duration
Wellspace Interiors will provide a good faith estimate of expected time involved for a showroom visit.
The number of hours is determined by your expected needs and requirements as well as the demands on the showroom. Wellspace Interiors cannot be held responsible for the showroom being busy and having to wait for the required service / samples needed and the time involved with this.
Additional Time Rates
Any additional time is charged at the following rates:
15 Mins $30 / 30 Mins $60 / 60 Mins $100. These are required to be paid before hand.
Phone call Follow Ups
Ad Hoc advice or professional interior design tips is available via phone and is charged at the following rates: 15 Mins $30 / 30 Mins $60 / 60 Mins $100. These are required to be paid before hand.
Pricing
All Prices are inclusive of GST. Wellspace Interiors reservices the right to change the prices detailed here without prior notice. Prices are applicable as at the time of booking.
Select Range of Colours & Materials
This will vary according to who the client’s builder or cabinet maker is and the ranges that Wellspace are currently working with. The number of colours and materials in the market is too extensive for Wellspace to work with all of them. If you have specific materials that you would like to work with, please discuss this with your consultant prior to your consultation.
Samples
Samples are available from suppliers, builders, manufacturers etc and are not available from Wellspace Interiors. The benefit of booking in for a showroom visit is that it is a great opportunity to be provided with necessary samples.
Travel
Will travel up to 20kms from Osborne Park with no travel time charged. Discuss for other locations. Showroom Visit are only available within 20kms. Pre-Start Selections with over 20kms are required to be paid beforehand and are need to be for a minimum of 4 hours.
Confirmation of Appointment
All Appointments require confirmation for them to go ahead. A confirmation text will be sent prior to the appointment.
Cancellations
Cancel less than 24 hours – Consultation cannot be rescheduled. Deposit is non-refundable.
Paid 50% Deposit - Deposit is non-refundable
Paid in Full – 50% of payment will be refunded
Cancel more than 24 hours – Consultation time can be rescheduled. Deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds

Whilst every effort will be made to make sure that samples are current at the time of consultation, Wellspace is not responsible for any materials, colours, finishes etc that may not be available at the time the client places their order or may have been discontinued. Check with your builder, cabinet maker, supplier or manufacturer etc regarding this.

Wellspace Interiors works with the materials, colours and finishes etc supplied by your builder, cabinet maker, supplier or manufacturer. If the samples provided are in any way different to the colour, texture etc of the finished product, Wellspace Interiors does not select any liability as these have not been supplied by Wellspace. Check with your builder, cabinet maker, supplier or manufacturer etc regarding this.
Information is general in nature only
Materials / Colours / Finishes / Appliances / Home Furnishings & Accessories / Lighting or any other type of related product discussed at the consultation. Information given is general in nature only and the client will need to contact the supplier or manufacturer for specific details on the suitability of the product for their client’s use, care instructions, availability or any other related information. Wellspace Interiors accepts no liability for the performance, quality, timely supply of any work, materials etc provided by any builder, cabinet maker, manufacturer or supplier.
Incidentals
The hourly fee will cover all Interior Design Services, but does not cover incidental expenses which must be reimbursed by the Client (samples, copy fees, etc.) if applicable
Payments
Pre-Start Selections - 50% Deposit or Full Payment where required are to be paid into the nominated bank account detailed on the invoice. No consultation or Wellspace services will go ahead until this money has been received and/or payment details forwarded. Full payment is required before receipt of the Style Board and Specifications.
Showroom Visits - Full Payment is required before hand.
Additional Time or Phone Call Follow Ups - Full Payment is required before hand.
Travel to locations over 20kms - Full Payment is required before hand.
Late Payments
Any amount not paid when due shall bear interest at the rate of 1% per month until paid. In addition to all other legal rights, Wellspace Interiors shall be entitled to withhold any further services should the Client fail to timely make payments due to Wellspace Interiors.
The client/s shall also bear the cost of any expenses incurred legal or debt collector expenses involved should there be any late or non-payment of monies owed to Wellspace Interiors.
Estimates of consultation time and cost of services
Any estimates or proposals for the amount of time the consultation will take are only for the purpose of informing the client of the potential cost of Wellspace Interiors’services.
It is understood and agreed that such estimates are not binding, and actual costs or fees may be more or less.
Limit of Responsibility
Wellspace Interiors shall not be responsible or liable for the actions of any builder, cabinet maker, architectural service, manufacturing defect, supplier inability to deliver as expected, acts of God, delays or actions of any third parties, State or Federal Government restrictions.
Project Access
Client/s will provide Wellspace Interiors with access and all information Wellspace Interiors may need to complete the project. Failure to do so by the Client/s provides Wellspace Interiors the right to terminate the Agreement and collect outstanding balances.
Photographic Consent
As Wellspace Interiors requires a record of Wellspace Interiors projects, Client/s will permit Wellspace Interios or representatives to photograph the project upon completion of the project. Wellspace Interiors will be entitled to use photographs for Wellspace Interiors business purposes but shall not disclose the project location or Client’s name without Client’s prior written consent.
Design Disclaimer
Wellspace Interiors cannot be held responsible for designs that may later be undesirable or cause inconvenience. The Client/s understands that all interior designs, including those provided by Wellspace Interiors, may represent the opinion and tastes of the designer as the designer interprets the Client’s goals and wishes.
Amendments
Wellspace Interior Services are charged at an hourly rate and conclude at the end of the agreed time. If a client/s feels that their goals are not being met at any time during a consultation, this needs to be clearly communicated so that they can be reassessed and a satisfactory outcome given the time to be achieved. Wellspace Interior Services are charged at an hourly rate and the service concludes at the end of the agreed time. Therefore, no changes after the consultation has concluded are included in the agreed fee.
Should a client wish to have another consultation for change of mind or due to materials not being available, another consultation can be booked at the above mentioned rates. These will need to be pre-paid. Phone call consultations are also available.
Design Work
Wellspace Interiors Style Boards, specifications, drawings or opinions are conceptual in nature and intended to set forth design intent only. They are not to be used for architectural or engineering purposes. Wellspace Interiors does not provide architectural, engineering, building or any other services and cannot be held liable for designs used for such purpose.
Ownership of Designs
All concepts, drawings, and specifications prepared by Wellspace Interios and all copyrights and other proprietary rights applicable thereto remain at all times Wellspace Interior’s property. Style Boards, specifications, drawings or any other documents or services provided are not be used by Client/s for any purpose other than completion of their project.
Social Media / Reproduction of WORK / copyright
All work done for the client/s by Wellspace Interiors including Style Boards, specifications, drawings or any other documents or services provided are not be used by the Client/s for any purpose other than completion of their project. All concepts, drawings, and specifications or any other work prepared by Wellspace Interiors and all copyrights and other proprietary rights applicable thereto, remain at all times Wellspace Interior’s property.
No work including style boards, specifications is to be emailed, shared on social media or replicated in any way (electronic or hard copy) without the permission of Wellspace Interiors. Should a client/s or any friends, family or associates of that client/s take this work without permission either from the client/s or Wellspace Interiors, then the client/s will be directly liable for any copyright, monies, or issues arising from such actions.
Non-disparagement
The customer "must not make a media release, announcement, blog, public statement or article for publication" about the agreement or the services provide pursuant to it, "whether in electronic form or otherwise", except with the prior written consent of Wellspace Interiors (which may be withheld at Wellspace Interiors "absolute discretion") or as required by law.
If Wellspace Interiors agrees to the customer making "a media release, announcement, blog, public statement or article for publication", Wellspace Interiors "is entitled to determine the time and wording" of it. The customer indemnifies Wellspace Interiors "for any loss arising from any media release, announcement, blog, public statement or article for publication" whether or not Wellspace Interiors authorised it.
Remaining Provisions
Any provision of this Agreement held to be void or unenforceable under any law shall be deemed stricken and all remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and binding upon both Wellspace Interiors and the Client/s.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be decided by litigation in Western Australia. The laws of the State of Western Australia shall govern this Agreement. In the event Wellspace Interiors hires an attorney to enforce any right under this Agreement, Client shall reimburse Wellspace Interiors for all such attorney fees and expenses, regardless of whether a suit is filed

Wellspace Interiors reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. All Pricing and Terms and Conditions will be applicable as at the date that the booking was made.
