Who Is This For & What To Expect
4 or 8 Weeks: The meditation courses usually run for 4 or 8 weeks, with intermediate and advanced options offered after that. It is ideal for someone who can dedicate time to learning a new technique.
Seated Meditation: This is a seated style of meditation because the mind tends to be more alert and attentive when we’re seated and upright. Most teachers agree that sitting to meditate is best whenever possible. Feel free to get in touch if you would like to find out more.
Relaxation: If you feel that you are more comfortable lying down, we welcome you to try one of our sound healing or relaxation and wellness programs.
